Early Stage/Growth Companies - Private Debt/Equity

BCP invests in qualified early stage/growth companies through a variety of private debt/equity products including working capital, subordinated debt, and preferred convertible debt. Initially we prefer to commit between $250,000 and $500,000 to a company. BCP prefers to aggressively increase our investment once we have seen measurable progress in several areas including:

· Revenue development

· Customer acceptance

· Building the management team

· Ability to attract additional capital.
