Bend Capital Partners LLC "BCP" is a private investment firm focused on alternative investment allocations. We invest in private real estate opportunities and early stage/growth companies.

BCP was founded with one goal in mind: Invest capital to achieve high rates of return over the long term while avoiding losses from uncontrolled risks. Controlling risk means developing strategies that prevent any one single error from having an irreversible and fatal impact on an investment. Our vehicle for realizing this goal is Preferred Convertible Debt.

BCP distinguishes itself from bank lenders in a number of ways. Most importantly, because BCP is an unregulated entity, it is able to creatively structure and package financings in a way that truly meets the needs of our investment companies. BCP is able to commit substantially greater resources to a company than a bank.
